ImaxP was developed for clients who on a daily basis have to manage Portfolios and Projects, being a means for organizations to integrate in its project team a new resource with Project Management training.

ImaxP consists of 2 subproducts:

- imaxP Junior: The integration in the client’s project team of a junior Project Management officer, pre-selected and trained by PPM Coachers, for a nominal fee during 3 months!

- imaxP Part-Time Senior: The integration in the client’s project team of an extremely experienced Project Management officer at a highly senior level, with partial availability between 20% and 60%.

Objectives

Offering organizations a number of differentiated skills which are then adapted to their specific needs
Freeing project managers from projects’ administrative functions, thus allowing them to focus on more valuable activities (imaxP Junior)
Candidates receive from PPM Coachers basic theory-practice training in Project Management.

Primary Actions

imaxP Junior

Selected recent graduates or jobseekers with less than 3 years’ experience, with the best project management profile.
Candidates receive from PPM Coachers basic theory-practice training in Project Management.
The best candidates as chosen by PPM Coachers are then presented to the organization from which the most interesting candidate is selected.
The Junior Project Manager shall during 3 months be responsible for basic project management tasks. This resource shall be at no extra cost for the organization, this being entirely supported by PPM Coachers.
Throughout the duration of the project, the Junior Project Manager shall be monitored by a PPM Coachers consultant through periodical coaching sessions.
After the initial 3 months the organization shall evaluate the performance of the Junior Project Manager and if so wished, the collaboration can be extended for a further 6 months, with very generous conditions for the client.

imaxP Part-Time Sénior

Senior, highly qualified project managers are selected by PPM Coachers from those with the best profile for partial project management.
The candidates receive advanced training from PPM Coachers focused specifically on the area of Project Management in which the client specializes.
The best candidates as chosen by PPM Coachers are then presented to the organization from which the most interesting candidate is selected.
The chosen Senior Project Manager shall carry out project management tasks part-time in the respective organization (between 20% and 60%).
Throughout the duration of the project, the Project Manager shall be monitored by a PPM Coachers consultant through periodical coaching sessions.
